What to do on collection day

Grey-lidded waste bin - what to do

We will not collect any additional non-recycling left out with your grey-lidded waste bin. This includes any black bin bags or boxes.

Green-lidded recycling bin - what to do

You can put any additional recycling out by the side of your green recycling bin ready for your next scheduled collection. It must be in clear bags, carrier bags, white bags or cardboard boxes only. We cannot take recyclable items in black sacks.

Please make sure your bins are out on your collection day by 7am.

Missed bins - what to do

We are unable to return for any missed bins.

You can place any out in bags next to your green-lidded recycling bin ready for your next scheduled collection.

We will not collect any additional waste left out with your grey-lidded waste bin.

Can't find your address

If you cannot find your address listed on our bin finder you can let us know.

Tell us

We have an online form that you can fill in to tell us that you can't find your address.

We'll check when your collection day is and add it to the the bin finder.
